What is BodyTalk?

BodyTalk is a consciousness-based, non-diagnostic therapy that works with the body in its healing process and stimulates the body’s innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels.

What is a BodyTalk distance session?

A distance BodyTalk session is essentially the same as an in-person session in terms of practice and results, the only difference is it’s offered virtually.

Working the same as an in-person session, Angie will usually begin by asking about your health and wellness history either in a written format or verbally. She will also ask what your primary complaints are and help you to clarify what you would like the optimal outcome of your session(s) to be.

When it’s time to receive the session, approach it exactly as if you were with the Angie in person at her clinic. Sit down or lie down. Make yourself comfortable. You can listen to the session on speaker or with earbuds/headphones on. Close your eyes and relax. Angie makes this incredibly accessible by offering virtual video meetings, or even sending audio recordings and written communication if time zone scheduling is difficult.

Are BodyTalk distance treatments just as effective as in-person?
