Health Empowerment in 10 minutes

 

The goal of BodyTalk Access is to provide the layperson, family, and community with a simple set of energy-based techniques for making health maintenance and the management of daily health challenges accessible.

The wellness routine presented in BodyTalk Access helps individuals increase resiliency towards stress and other factors that can be detrimental to long-term health. The Access routine is to be practised as a complete set of techniques. Initially, it is to be practised once a day for two weeks while stabilizing the body, and then it can be done three times a week for maintenance. Depending on life situations and current health status, frequency can be increased as often as needed.

Techniques Summary

The first two techniques students learn will balance the brain so that the brain is turned on and communicating appropriately. The next two techniques balance the body's metabolic processes and the entire immune system, helping the body become more resilient to stress and external forces, such as germs and viruses. The final technique helps to balance posture and the body's physical structure, thus improving the range of motion, flexibility and overall coordination of the muscles, tendons and ligaments.

The Fast Aid routine combines two of the above techniques to assist in helping the body recover from all sorts of minor to major injuries by shifting the body out of shock and trauma back into growth and healing mode. Fast Aid is highly flexible and speedy and can be used anytime or place to assist in the recovery from injuries and trauma.
