The goal of BodyTalk Access is to provide the layperson, family and community with a simple set of energy-based techniques to make health maintenance and the management of daily health challenges accessible.
The wellness routine presented in BodyTalk Access helps individuals increase resiliency towards stress and other factors that can be detrimental to long term health. The Access routine is to be practiced as a complete set of techniques. Initially it is to be practiced once a day for 2 weeks, while stabilizing the body, and then can be done 3 times a week for maintenance. Depending on life situations and current health status, frequency can be increased as often as needed.
